With the VL Studio 320 floor lamp or table lamp from Louis Poulsen you can go in any direction. The VL Studio lamp has a sleek,
modern look and provides a pleasant, diffuse light around the lamp thanks to the three-layer, hand-blown opal glass.
The light intensity of the VL Studio 320 is infinitely adjustable with an electronic dimmer on the cord.

The VL Studio lamps are available in 3 sizes in modern black and the more classic brass.
In addition, the smallest version is also available as a wall lamp.
You won't get tired of the VL Studio lamp, with its simple aesthetics and beautiful materials.
The table lamp or floor lamp provides a modern touch and a warm atmosphere in any room.

VL Studio Brass: The lamp is made of polished brass that has been lightly brushed, without a finish layer (untreated),
in combination with glossy white, three-layer, mouth-blown opal glass. This version has a white cord.
Please note that the brass surface must be left untreated. That means the appearance of
the surface will change over time and acquire a patina layer.
VL Studio Black: matt black finished aluminum, this version has a black cord.

VL Studio Serie

The VL Studio serie is available in three sizes that can be used as floor standing lamps or as table lamps.

The smallest version (Ø 150 mm) has the same cross-section as the original VL Studio Wall Lamp and can be placed anywhere, the medium-sized version (Ø 250 mm)
is perfect as a table lamp and the large version (Ø 320 mm) is ideal for the table or on the floor.

VL Studio design Vilhelm Lauritzen

The VL Studio series is derived from a lamp designed by the Danish architect Vilhelm Lauritzen for Radiohuset in the 1940s.
Vilhelm Lauritzen was the architect behind Radiohuset, the building of the Danish broadcaster that is seen as a 'gesamtkunstwerk', like most of
Lauritzen's buildings. This means that he designed the entire interior and every detail of the building. During the development of Radiohuset designed
Lauritzen, in collaboration with Louis Poulsen and the architect Mogens Voltelen, created an extensive collection of lamps.
For this project, Lauritzen created the Studio lamp, the VL 38 Table Lamp (VL38), the Radiohus Hanging Lamp (VL45) and the VL Ring Crown lamps.
Radiohuset is now a concert hall.
After decades of being out of production, Louis Poulsen has re-released the VL Studio lamp in 2022.
