The Lyfa Verona is a sophisticated 8-shade pendant that provides soft, glare-free lighting with timeless grace and simplicity.
When lit, the spherical pendant beautifully self-illuminates, making for a striking display in itself.
The Verona pendant lamp was designed by Sven Middelboe in 1968.

When introduced in 1978, Sven Middelboe’s VERONA series grew into the most popular design of his career.
The Danish designer managed to design the shades so there are no visible suspensions between the shades,
making them almost flowing in air.
The Verona pendant provides soft and functional illumination that’s easy on the eyes,
while elegantly keeping the light source obscured from view.
All the while, the lamp itself lights up, becoming a timeless design piece in the room.

The captivating 8-shade pendant lamp has a clean and timeless design that makes for a lifelong living companion.
Each Verona pendant is still carefully assembled by hand using the original spinning techniques.

The Verona pendant lamp is available in white in 5 sizes. The Verona 400 and 720 are also available in solid brass.

LYFA design icons since 1903

LYFA lighting traces back to 1903 and since then, the company has made some of the most iconic lamps in Denmark.
After closing down the business in the 90s, the traditional lighting company once again see the light of day.
The relaunch in 2020 is based on a passion for the timeless lamps, their significant history and emphasis on functionality.
With great respect for the original designs, the new LYFA collection includes a versatile range of floor, table, wall and ceiling lamps.
Well-known designers are Bent Karlby from his famous designs The Peanut, Ninotchka and the Pan.
Simon P. Henningsen (the son of Poul, PH5, Henningsen) who is known for the iconic Divan 2
and Sven Middelboe with this beautiful and timeless Verona.
