The Shelving System by Moebe gives you full freedom to build your own piece of furniture and fit it exactly to your needs.
The storage system is built entirely from individual parts, giving endless possibilities for how it can be designed.
The price of model A is like with all standard sets calculated according to the sum of the component prices.

Create everything from a workspace to a room divider, and bookshelves to wardrobes.
Build as tall as you like and as wide as you want, have it freestanding or placed against a wall.
You can even build around corners or span different levels.
Shelves and cupboards are held by wedges letting you place them at any height and ensuring your
things fit perfectly every time.
As a modular system you can customize and adapt again and again. You can start off small and build onto later.
Oh, and it also means that all parts can be easily replaced should you ever need.
Here you will find all available finishes and 12 color combinations. Create a piece of furniture that works
perfectly for you.

The shelves are available in: Oak, Smoked Oak, Black or White. The white shelve has a PU painted finish, creating a solid lacquered surface, smooth to the touch.
The finish of the legs in: Black, White, Warm Grey, Deep Blue or Pine Green.

For example, choose an optional back plate : 1 panel between two shelves or two panels to completely close the medium double at the rear.
The back plate clamps between the legs, so you don't need any extra parts for this.

THE WEDGE AS THE DEFINING DETAIL

The Shelving System is constructed around the basic principle of the wedge. Wedges hold the shelves in place
and let you place them at any height, with no limitations predefined by us.
The perfect fit of the wedge, following the rounding and slightly structured surface of the legs,
and the carefully angled hole in the shelf secure that the parts lock together in a strong joint.
This old principle for constructing furniture contribute significantly to the sideways stability of the system
and as the wedge is pushed in from below, putting weight on the shelf makes the joint even tighter and more stable.
Finally the use of wedges makes it possible to build the system using no complicated tools, all you need is a hammer.
