The BMF candle holder is among the most iconic candle holder designs from the prominent design decade of the 1960's.
The candle holder was originally designed by the Nagel company in the late 1960's, but shortly after its launch it was handed over to
the BMF company and produced from 1971 to 1985.
The three legged stackable signature design became an objet d'art of it's time symbolizing movement away from the
status quo and the beginning of a design era with new possibilities to unfold creative individualism.
Today the BMF candle holder has joined the STOFF Nagel collection to continue the vision of rediscovering iconic design.

Cleaning and maintenance:
You can easily remove candle drips by placing the candle holder in hot water. After removing drips you can polish your chrome candle holder
with silver polish to remove small spots and bring back the shiny look.

From American cartridge cases transformed into candle holders, ashtrays and vases during WWII;
to a world-famous design considered among the most iconic of its time and in 2015 relaunched by Danish STOFF Copenhagen

The Stoff Nagel candlestick is considered a work of art and a personal statement and malleable sculpture
ready to assume the shape of its owner’s creativity.

Until recently, the STOFF Nagel candle holder has been unavailable in stores, but with the help of Nagel's original drawings
the Danish design company 'STOFF Copenhagen' has resuscitated the stackable candle holder.
