is appropriate. This combination of a table, a folding stool, a tray and a footstool in one and the same piece of furniture is in itself a signature
by the Danish master designer.
Furniture craftsmanship with many beautiful details and a high level of finish. For example, the wood of the folding frame is more refined at the ends than in the middle.
The effect is an organic line that adds elegance and a minimalist look.
The tray made of solid oak with a laminated surface in various color combinations makes the whole a special object to see and use.
Imagine coming out of the kitchen with the laminated tray full of cooling drinks.
You place the top in the oak frame and create the side table.
Then you need to sit back for a while, so you remove the table top, conjure up a stool .., which you then use as a footstool.

Mogens Koch, best known for his furniture classics such as the bookcase system and the Folding program, collaborated with Kaare Klint in 1925-1930
and was professor at the Kunstakademiets Arkitektskole in Copenhagen in 1950-1968. Mogens Koch's furniture design is part of some of the
most elegant and important solutions to meet the demands of comfort, function and aesthetics and his furniture was the key to
rud. Rasmussen's exclusive production since 1932.
Mogens Koch worked within all aspects of architecture - housing plans, houses, monuments, furniture, textiles, silver and writing.
Mogens Koch's works contain only a few objects, but they are all essential, original and sometimes courageous or daring. There is always a special
interaction between Mogens Koch's life and the furniture he designed. None of them originated as an artistic manifesto, but originated from a
commissioned and made for a specific purpose. For example, his bookcase was initially designed for his private home in
Hulgårdsvej at Bellahøj in Copenhagen.
The small rooms in people's houses called for a flexible bookcase or cabinet and in 1928 he drew the first sketches for the square bookcase
which ensured a large and varied functional use in the relatively small module of 76 cm x 76 cm.
