AJ Floor Lamp | Louis Poulsen

The iconic AJ floor lamp by Louis Poulsen is a design by the well-known Danish architect Arne Jacobsen
from 1957 for the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen.
The Arne Jacobsen lighting series at Louis Poulsen consists of the table lamp, the mini table lamp,
the wall lamp and the AJ floor lamp.
The standing AJ lamp is a functional "down-lighter", the light from the asymmetrical and tiltable shade is mainly spread downwards.
This makes the floor lamp ideal for reading or working on your laptop in your chair or on the couch.
The angle of the shade can be tilted for the desired light distribution. This gives you the option, for example
when you have visitors, to use the lamp as mood lighting by pointing it at a wall.

The AJ lighting serie by Louis Poulsen is available in RVS (check the related products) and 8 colours:
White, Black, Electric Orange, Sof Lemon, Warm Grey, Dusty Blue, Pale Petroleum and Warm Sand.
The AJ lamps in white, orange, lemon and sand come with a white cable. The other colours are supplied with a black cable.
