The PH5 lamp provides 100% glare-free light. Its design is based on the principle of a reflective three-shade system,
which directs majority of the light downwards.
The fixture emits both downward and lateral light, thus illuminating itself.

during the pandemic, these delivery times vary, at the time of writing, at Louis Poulsen from 1 to 20 weeks per color.

In Autumn 2017, Louis Poulsen released the brand-new PH 5 Mini, the first ever resize of the PH 5, in Classic White, a new White Modern, and six vibrant new colour combinations: Hues of Orange, Hues of Rose, Hues of Red, Hues of Green, Hues of Blue and Hues of Grey.

In celebration of the PH 5 pendant’s sixtieth anniversary, the original PH 5 is also made in these 8 colours, offering even more opportunities to harmonise the PH 5 family, particularlywhen hanging the lamps in multiples. Different hues on each lamp’s five iconic shades create a dynamic gradient effect, enhancing the pendants’ visual impact.

Due to its classic design look in combination with the optimal light emission, the PH5 and PH5 mini pendant lamps
by designer Poul Henningsen are also ideal for office and business projects.
Next to the PH-serie lamps, and other Louis Poulsen lighting, the PH 5 lamps are on display
in the North Sea Design store in Vorden.
