the legendary Danish designer’s unique understanding of woodworking and upholstery. Created in 1952,
the design shows all the hallmarks of the ‘Master of the Chair’, including a seamless unity of form and function,
and a refined aesthetic that has remained effortlessly contemporary throughout the passing decades.

Expertly crafters for compact comfort

As well as being a highly skilled cabinetmaker, Wegner possessed a thorough knowledge of upholstery techniques,
allowing him to conceive complex pieces requiring expert craftsmanship.
The CH72 lounge bench is one such design, with cushioned curves that wrap flawlessly around a slim, angular frame.

The designer also gave great consideration to the sofa’s proportions, resulting in a streamlined piece
that can add style and softness to even the smallest of spaces.
With an array of four qualities in textiles to choose from, the couch can be upholstered in a variety of colors and textures,
while the legs and handles are available in oak and walnut with various finishes. With that you give your CH72 a personal touch.
