Weltevree Sheepscoat

Add some extra warmth to a chair, sofa or reading corner with the Weltevree Sheepscoat or Sheepskin.
This wonderfully soft sheepskin in white or brown has an insulating effect and retains body heat.
Use the leather loop to attach the Sheepscoat to a chair or roll it up and attach the loop around the rolled up Sheepscoat,
this way you have a soft cushion.
The fur can also be hung on the wall as a decoration.

Sustainability at Weltevree

The Fieldchair is made entirely of untreated larch wood. This gives the chair its natural look and emphasizes
the strength of the material.
Larch wood is very durable and remains good for up to 10 to 15 years even without treatment.
If left untreated, the material will turn a silver-grey color as the time passes.
The larch wood comes from Dutch forests that are sustainably managed by Staatsbosbeheer.
Every year many trees are cut down in these forests and are new planted, all this to keep the forest healthy.
The sustainable approach of Staatsbosbeheer has resulted in the wood having earned an FSC certification
and is of very good quality with durability class 3.
