Chair Model 62 | Niels O. Møller

Model 62 is a wonderful example of organic Danish design. This dining room chair with armrests
by Niels Otto Møller is characteristic of "Danish modern".
This chair has been made in Møbelfabrik J.L. since its design in 1962. Møller.
The construction of the frame consists of strong connections; the wooden pegs grab at each corner of the
seat together. This ensures that a cross connection between the chair legs is no longer necessary.
Model 62 has an open wooden back rest that follows the shape of the back well.
Thanks to this ingenious design and the organic shape, the chair is very comfortable.
Like most Møller chairs, the seat can be supplied with paper cord or upholstered with
a wide variety of fabrics or leather. Please contact us for more information.

This is the same chair but without armrests. This dining chair is on view in our showroom.

At JLM it is not about fast production but about craftsmanship. Therefore, please take into account a delivery time of
10 weeks for arm chairs.

Model 62 comes in beech or oak with a finish in soap, oil, lacquer, black stain or in smoked oak.
Oil or lacquer finishes are available for the teak and walnut variant, rosewood will be lacquered.
In the last photos you can see the chair in teak finished with oil.
The seat comes in natural papercord and is optionally available with black papercord.
In addition, upholstery with textile from Kvadrat or leather is possible. Please contact us for this.
