The cheerful birdhouse Verre Vogel is made of stoneware and designed in 2011 by Charlotte Landsheer for Cor Unum.
Cor Unum's bird houses were created by making special roof tiles for the Dutch kids program Klokhuis.
The model is sculpted by hand with clay. A mold is made of the model and the stoneware bird house is cast in it.
The stoneware is baked to 1250 degrees, making the bird houses winter-proof.
At the back is a large hole where you can hang it, and clean it by removing the old nest.
If the house still needs to be cleaned more, you put it in the dishwasher and the house is clean for the new residents.
Dimensions 16 x 20 x 10 cm
Cor Unum | Sustainable business
Cor Unum produces high-quality design ceramics with great passion and craftsmanship. Cor Unum (literally: one at heart),
